Jan Centrella is a Human Resources Manager with 20 years’ experience.
With a background in hospitality and motel management, Jan was drawn to HR out of a desire to help people reach their full potential.
Business Manager with Bush & Campbell since 2008, Jan oversees a team of close to 50 staff and works with everyone from new cadets through to the Directors of the firm to improve individual performance and organisational capability.
Jan has a natural interest in people and is passionate about getting the best out of her team. Her ethos is clear – ensure the right people with the right skills have the right culture to help clients achieve their goals.
A believer in building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, industry groups and community members, Jan uses her networks to recruit staff who share Bush & Campbell’s values and cement the firm as an employer of choice in the region.
