With over 30 years of experience in human resources and business management, Jan Centrella is committed to creating workplaces where people thrive.

Since joining Bush & Campbell in 2008, Jan has played a key role in supporting a team of nearly 50 professionals, working with everyone from new cadets to senior leadership to foster a collaborative and high-performing workplace. She is passionate about helping individuals develop their skills and ensuring teams work effectively together to achieve shared goals.

With a background in hospitality and business, Jan’s natural curiosity and people-first mindset led her to a career in HR. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and a Graduate Certificate in Community Resilience and Leadership, both of which have shaped her approach to building strong, adaptable teams. She is driven by a desire to understand what motivates people, build strong relationships, and support employees in their professional growth. Her keen eye for talent and cultural fit helps strengthen team dynamics and sustain a positive work environment at Bush & Campbell.

Jan is also deeply interested in the future of work, particularly how technology and AI are transforming business, HR, and client service. She enjoys exploring how innovation can complement human connection, ensuring that business evolves while staying true to its values.
